1. Have a clear understanding of your audience and the problems they're experiencing right now. I'm not talking about 'client avatars' and all of the superficial, demographic nonsense. I'm talking about a real, soul-deep level of understanding of their innermost thoughts and feelings.
2. Powerhouse positioning. Let's face it, coaches and consultants are a dime-a-dozen and this is bad news for you if you don't know how to distinguish yourself from the competition. If you don't have this, your clients will shop around, thinking they can get the same result from someone else - cheaper! Having a message that's built around your unique stance and the problems you solve is everything.
3. Create an offer that people actually want to buy because it speaks to their soul and their core problems. It needs to be built and positioned in the right way that emphasises results.
4. A rock solid mindset, energy and sense of certainty around the outcome you can provide to clients.
This is a large chunk of the work I do right upfront with my clients. Whether you've been in business 2 years, 20 years or 2 weeks... if you're not seeing results, this is where we need to start.
